Mission Statement:
To provide the highest quality training and coaching for our students through patient, safety-focused and reality based training. To promote and hold the culture of responsible, conscientious, vigilant gun owners, and independent, self-protection-minded individuals.
Steel Bear Academy was started to help other people enrich their lives through mastery of firearms. We believe that the use and mastery of firearms can provide people with a great sense of responsibility, recreational enjoyment, and personal empowerment. Our training is designed to improve the shooter through increasing a student’s knowledge base, as well as providing personalized coaching at the shooting range. We believe learning by doing is important, and we also believe in learning while being safe. Firearms safety is non-negotiable and must be emphasized to avoid complacency.
